COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Walter Titex E3111-227 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ward-Leonard products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weintek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ward-Leonard such as the WCK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8258A94G44 manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT6100iV2 by Manufacturer Weintek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner--Swasey Brand 894051835 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Watlow such as 97A11CCBDGR equipment made by Watlow have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Watlow products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Watlow" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5D27806G03 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular TK871iP original spares produced by Weinview Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M1D0120100A06LN by Warner-Linear and 97A11CCBDGR spares by Watlow are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 00736ES3ESA80LL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weg. |
